You already know that ready-made training plans won’t fit your schedule, level, or specific needs (e.g. moving from one sport to triathlon, coming back from injury, looking for a low season fitness maintenance plan, etc.), and you want an expert coach to create a plan for you but you don’t want to deal with a coach on a regular basis. That may be for cost reasons because you don’t want to report to anyone and/or because you don’t see the value in it. We respect that too and we created this solution for you.
