BTL INDOOR RIDES PACKAGE
Based on 30 months of experience that started at the beginning of the COVID restrictions period, we have created a package to match the needs of the Zwifters community that we have been leading. It is now open to all.
What you get:
Two workouts a week to be downloaded on Zwift:
All the workouts are part of a year-long program and are created by Beyond The Line Head Coach, Olivier Baillet, 4-time Ironman World Championship finisher.
You can use them anytime and they remain yours forever. We recommend that you also participate in our official Zwift rides if you can.
Mental training:
Many workouts contain mind training exercises that appear on the screen while riding on Zwift, which is an extremely valuable bonus that usual workouts do not provide.
Explanatory videos:
Instead of randomly picking pre-existing workouts on Zwift, or following a Zwift program that does not explain why you have to do something, we provide, in a video, the full explanations of the rationale for the workouts, so that you understand why you need to do each of them a certain way, and the resulting impact on your physiology. The video also provides you with the keys to adapt the workouts to your personal constraints. Thus, you train with purpose and focus, and you progress more.
So, for less than the price of one coffee a week, you get 8 or 9 periodised workouts per month, a clear understanding of how to train and adapt, and key fundamentals and exercises to improve your mental strength.
